CMM calibration and repair for steel producers, tool-and-die shops and advanced manufacturing operations across western Pennsylvania and the upper Ohio Valley, including Monroeville, Greensburg and Butler. Bridge and gantry CMMs from Zeiss, Hexagon and Mitutoyo are calibrated and verified to ISO 10360 performance standards. All calibrations are performed by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories. Services include volumetric compensation, probe calibration, gage calibration, dimensional inspection and first article inspection support. On-site visits accommodate machines that cannot ship, and NIST-traceable certificates are issued with every completed calibration.
