About Spoonwood Designs

Easy patterns to create your own fabric landscape. Kits contain not only the pattern, but fabric, thread, needles, freezer paper, and foundation (muslin and interfacing). I have been a quilter for more than 40 years and have made lots of traditional quilts. I discovered landscape quilting and I was hooked. Over the years I have developed my own technique for pattern design and fabric landscape construction. I taught the technique at various quilt guilds and community colleges. I am pleased to share my patterns with you. I hope you will try them, let the fabrics speak to you, and put your own personal touch on your landscape. No two landscapes will look the same because of the variety in fabric and technique.
